Shipping

At Adeline + Ember, we specialize in handcrafted and custom-made products, and we appreciate your patience trust! Orders are processed and shipped within 5–10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing may take during busy seasons. You will receive a shipping notification email with tracking once your package leaves our workshop. We ship via USPS Priority Mail within the U.S. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, we are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect. We currently do not ship internationally.

Returns

At Adeline + Ember, we want you to love your custom piece! Here’s our return policy: Returns can be made for unused, un-aved items within 14 days of. Custom products are final sale and cannot be returned. Please email contact@adelineendember.com for authorization before returning; returns without approval may be refused. Return shipping is the customer responsibility, and recommend a tracked method. Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after inspection, but charges are non-refundable.
