Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

At Adeline + Ember, we specialize in handcrafted and custom-made products, and we appreciate your patience and trust!

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that processing may take longer during busy holiday seasons.

  • Notifications: You will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information once your package leaves our workshop.

  • Carrier: We ship via USPS Priority Mail within the U.S.

  • Accuracy: Please double-check that your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address information provided at checkout.

  • International Shipping: At this time, we do not ship internationally

Returns

We want you to love your custom piece! Here is our policy on returns:

 

  • Standard Items: Returns can be made for unused, un-engraved items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Custom Products: Because these items are made specifically for you, custom and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Authorization: Please email contact@adelineandember.com for authorization before returning any items. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping method.

  • Refunds:  If the item was not a custom product and once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
