By accessing our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Artisan Services and Product Descriptions

Adeline and Ember LLC is a custom design and engraving studio. We take pride in offering personalized, handcrafted goods, including jewelry, apparel, laser-engraved gifts, and accessories.

  • Natural Variations: Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and the use of natural materials (such as wood, leather, and metal), small variations in color, grain, texture, and finish are expected and celebrated as part of the unique character of each piece. These are not considered defects.

  • Display: We make every effort to display product colors and designs accurately; however, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will perfectly reflect the actual color of the physical product.

 

Intellectual Property Rights

All content included on this Site—including but not limited to our original designs, jewelry patterns, laser engraving templates, product photography, logos, and written text—is the exclusive property of Adeline and Ember LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

  • No Copying: You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or redistribute any of our designs or website content for commercial use without our written permission.

  • Photography: Please do not use our product photos for your own business or website.

  • Design Ownership: Purchase of a physical product does not transfer any intellectual property rights or licenses to the customer. All custom design work remains the creative property of Adeline and Ember LLC unless otherwise agreed upon in a signed written contract.

 

Custom and Personalized Orders

When you provide names, dates, or custom text for engraving, you are responsible for ensuring all spelling and details are correct.

  • We are not responsible for errors in customization provided by the customer.

  • Custom items are non-refundable (as stated in our Shipping & Return Policy).

 

Payments and Pricing

  • All prices are in USD.

  • We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time.

  • Your order is only confirmed once payment is processed and you receive a confirmation email.

 

Shipping and Returns

Our Shipping & Return Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Because our products are custom-made and personalized, all sales of engraved or personalized items are final. Please review our dedicated Shipping & Return page for full details on processing times and eligibility for standard item returns.

 

Limitation of Liability

Adeline and Ember LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, where our workshop is located.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
